Settlement Notice Packets were mailed on July 27, 2007. The Court has scheduled a hearing to consider the fairness, reasonableness, and adequacy of the proposed Blue Cross and Blue Shield Settlement ("Settlement Hearing"). The Settlement Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the United States Courthouse, Courtroom IV, Tenth Floor, Federal Justice Building, 99 Northeast Fourth Street, Miami, Florida, 33132.
