Welcome to the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Settlement website.

This website is intended to provide information to Class Members about the Settlement with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and certain Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans and certain current and former subsidiaries and affiliates in the class action lawsuit known as Love, et al. v. Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, et al.

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, certain Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans and certain current and former subsidiaries and affiliates, who are participating in the Proposed Settlement are known as the settling "Blue Parties." For a complete list of the settling Blue Parties, please refer to the Documents page or to the Notice, which was mailed to Class Members on July 27, 2007 and which is included on this website. As used on this website, capitalized terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Settlement Agreement

In order to qualify for a settlement payment, you must complete a Claim Form, sign the form, and mail the completed and signed form by NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 19, 2007 to:

As described more fully in the Question and Answer (Q & A) section of this website, Class Members were mailed a Notice explaining their rights under the Settlement as well as a Claim Form and Claim Form Instructions on how to fill out the Form. This website includes those mailed documents sent to Class Members. Accordingly, Class Members should check for updates to this website to ensure that they have received all relevant instructions.
